More than 300 people, representing Miami's top firms and companies, gathered at Badrutt's Place on June 4th, 2008 for a networking & cocktails event to benefit Women's Fund of Miami-Dade and its grants to programs that provide legal assistance and advocacy to victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.

Since 2005, the annual RAISE THE BAR event has yielded more than $100,000 in grants to local organizations.

Thank you for making RAISE THE BAR a huge success!

Women's Fund of Miami-Dade, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, is a catalyst for social change and economic justice with the goal of creating a community where all women and girls reach their full potential. Grant-making, along with advocacy, training and community building are the key elements used to achieve this goal. 100% of the proceeds from this event will be given to projects serving women and girls in Miami-Dade County via Women's Fund grants to be awarded in January 2009.
